2003 Cabernet Sauvignon (Sold Out)
Clones 06 and 337. Harvested 10/18/03. 24.1 Brix, .62 TA, 3.71 pH, Alcohol 13.6%
The wine was fermented in small bins and punched down by hand. It underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged in French Oak for 2 years. The wine is a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah. The wine has flavors of ripe berry fruits, including blackberry, cranberry and cassis, with high tones of spice. It is well balanced with good structure, supple tannins and a long finish. 350 cases were produced.

2005 Cabernet Sauvignon (Only a few cases remaining)
Clones 06 and 337.
The wine was fermented in small bins and punched down by hand. It underwent malolactic fermentation and was aged in French Oak for 2 years. The wine is a blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Syrah, which was added to enhance mid-palate flavors and add complexity. The wine has flavors of blackberry, cassis and plum, with highlights of violets, olive and game. It has elegant balance with a deep, rich mid-palate, supple tannins and a long finish. 542 cases were produced.

2003 Chardonnay (Sold Out)
Clones 17 and 96. Harvested 9/13/03. 24.4 Brix, .56 TA, 3.34 pH, Alcohol 14.0%
It was whole cluster pressed, fermented in French Oak with wild and underwent malolactic fermentation, and aged sur lies for 1 year. The wine has flavors of apple and tropical fruits, with a hint of citrus. It is well-balanced, round and succulent. 415 cases were produced.

2006 Chardonnay (Still Available)
Clones 17 and 96.
It was whole cluster pressed, fermented in French Oak with wild and inoculated ferments, underwent malolactic fermentation, and aged sur lies for 1 year. The wine has flavors of ripe comice pear, with hints of lemon zest and toasted nuts. It is well-balanced, round and succulent. 912 cases were produced.

2003 Syrah (Sold Out)
Clones 174 and 877. Harvested 9/23/03. 24.7 Brix, .65 TA, 3.69 pH, Alcohol 15.1%
The wine was fermented in small bins and punched down by hand. Then it underwent malolactic fermentation and was barrel aged for 2 years. The wine is complex, with flavors of raspberry, plum, leather and spice. It is medium bodied, with soft tannins, bright acidity and a long finish. 370 cases were produced.

2004 Syrah (A few bottles are still available)

The wine was fermented in small bins and punched down by hand. Then it underwent malolactic fermentation and was barrel aged for 2 years. The wine is complex, with flavors of raspberry, plum, leather and spice. It is medium bodied, with soft tannins, bright acidity and a long finish. 981 cases were produced.

2005 Syrah  (A few bottles are still available)
Clones 174 and 877, Alcohol 14.7%
This wine was made from grapes that were hand harvested and whole cluster sorted. Then it was fermented in small bins and punched down by hand. It underwent malolactic fermentation in small bins and was barrel aged for 2 years.  The wine is complex, with flavors of blackberries, red currants, rose petals and cherries with complex layers of spice, mint, thyme and lavender.  It is well-balanced, full bodied, silky smooth with supple tannins and a long finish. 1,500 cases were produced.

2007 Rose (Sold Out)
Clones 174 and 877. Harvested 10/14/07. 27.1 Brix, .58TA, 3.42pH, Alcohol 14.5%
The fruit was handpicked and sorted, then very lightly crushed. The wine began as a saignee of Syrah on the evening crush. It underwent a cool fermentation and was aged for 5 months in neutral French Oak barrels. The flavors speak of the bounty of Spring, with a mouthful of strawberries and the scent of wildflowers on a crisp morning. 191 cases were produced.

2008 Rose of Syrah (Sold Out)
This handcrafted Napa Valley Rose was made exclusively from fruit grown in our small, family-owned vineyard. The wine began as a saignier of Syrah on the evening of crush. It then underwent a cool fermentation and was aged for 5 months in neutral French Oak barrels. It has fresh, juicy fruit flavors with strawberry and raspberry, and a hint of hibiscus and rose petals. The finish is crisp and clean, with lingering fruit. 194 cases were produced.
